My passion for teaching is not limited to the students who excel, I teach for the students who struggle. I believe that education must be diverse, authentic, and is based on the foundation of relationships. I use my background in yoga and mindfulness to incorporate unique behavior management strategies in my classroom and offer a curriculum that focuses on the holistic well-being of students. There is no doubt in my mind that Restorative Practices is the future of equal education, that every student has potential, and that there is no student ever worth giving up on, no matter what.
